Eric Pierson, M.A. – President & Healthcare Analytics Principal
Eric works with organizations to capitalize on healthcare data, information and analytic assets. He is dedicated to transforming business strategies and operations from both a financial and clinical perspective.
His defining mantra is that it is not enough for an organization to just have access to analytic information and the supporting technologies, but that true transformation occurs when these assets are understood and applied.

Eric works with human resource and management teams within organizations as they promote healthcare as a benefit. His work includes assisting the organizations to understand and leverage healthcare information to evaluate healthcare benefits offered to employees and potential opportunities that may exist for savings. This work also includes leveraging healthcare information to support health programs that aim to improve health, produce financial savings, increase worker productivity, and target drivers of disability. - Healthcare Providers

Kelly Case, R.N., B.S.N. – Clinical Analytics Consultant
Kelly draws on her combined 18 years of patient hands-on clinical experience, including pediatric care, critical care and disabled care, to assist clients with her clinical insights. As the single recipient of the President’s Medallion at the Loyola Nursing School of Loyola University, she demonstrated her excellence in scholarship, leadership and service early. Her clinical experience demonstrates her ability to excel in different areas, and share that knowledge, so that the healthcare experience is enhanced.
Kelly currently provides services in the realm of clinical and predictive analytics, in order to provide insights to health plan, provider and employer group clients on their populations/employees risk in health. Kelly assists clients in understanding and stratifying populations to find those most actionable for care/case management, shared savings and medication therapy management (MTMT) programs. Further, she adds her clinical knowledge on not only “who” is most actionable, but also “why” and “what can I do next”.
Her experience includes:

Kelly obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Loyola University in Chicago, ranking in the top 5% in her class, and also received the President’s Medallion for her distinguished academics, leadership and community service.
Terry Olson, MBA, CCP, GRP – Senior Human Resources Consultant
Terry has spent over 17 years working as an HR professional with experience in Compensation, HRIS, Compliance and Recruiting. He supports Grow Forward internally with recruiting and data analysis and consults externally for clients as an extension of their HR department on short and long term engagements.
Terry is skilled in a number of cross-functional areas within HR, including compensation program analysis/design, HRIS implementation and compliance programs in relation to FLSA and EEOC regulations.
He is a strong proponent of making Human Resources a strategic business partner within a company and works to ensure that HR has a seat at the table as a key contributor to an organization’s success.
Terry has worked with a wide variety of large to small companies, including the recognized names of UnitedHealth Group, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Pentair, Ceridian, Ecolab, and Pearson. He has also worked in the FDA-regulated medical device industry, assisting Guidant Corporation’s Cardiac Rhythm Management division (now part of Boston Scientific) to advance their compensation and HRIS functions.
